What we do

Buying a property is the easy part. Delivering it properly is the work.

We focus on homes in The Hague and the surrounding area with deferred maintenance, a layout that no longer works, or an energy rating that belongs to another decade. What we bring is the execution: permits, the owners’ association, contractors, scheduling and finish. We handle that ourselves rather than from a distance.

Acquisition

We assess a property ourselves and decide quickly. No layers in between, and a clear answer within days, including on properties that are not yet on the market.

Renovation

A full renovation rather than cosmetic work. Layout, services, insulation and finish are resolved together rather than in isolation.

Delivery

We deliver a home someone can move straight into. The quality of the finish determines what the property is ultimately worth.

Every project run in-house, from purchase to handover

We were founded in May 2025 and deliberately run a limited number of projects at a time. Every property has the full attention of both founders, from the first viewing through to completion.
